Raja Ampat
The Archipelago of Raja Ampat («Four Kings ») is located near the northwest coast of the New-Guinea.
Raja Ampat are in the « Triangle of Coral », world heart of the coral biodiversity. And in a sea which contains maybe the richest variety of species of coral known in the world (75% according to The Nature Conservancy).
Figures are eloquent : 1400 species of fishes, 600 species of corals, 700 species of mollusks, 5 species of marin tortoises, 57 species of Mantis shrimp…
In 2010, The archipelago was classified as Sanctuary. Inside the protected zone, any fishing of fishes of aquarium, sharks, Manta, Mobula, Dugong and tortoises is forbidden.
It is possible to combined this stay with the other islands as Manado, Ambon, Bali...
Sulawesi
Sulawesi, in Indonesia, is the fourth biggest island of the country. You can dive into the area of Manado which contains the famous National park of Bunaken, with the islands of Bunaken, Siladen and Manado Tua and its famous Volcano.
Lembeh strait, famous for these Muck Dives in the black sand of the strait is rich in "creatures" which we meet nowhere else.
The Togian and Banggai archipelago in the East central region of the island, also abounds in magnificent dives, accessible in liveaboard.
Some boats navigate even up to the archipelago of Sangihe, more in the North, or Raja Empat more East.
